Terms of use
These terms govern access to proxy-routecore.digital and enrolment in Proxy Routecore programs. Last updated 13 August 2026.
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or accepting an invoice for a seat, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a studio, you confirm you have authority to bind that studio. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol.
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update counts as acceptance of the revised text. Material changes that affect an active paid seat will also be emailed to the address on the invoice.
Programs and informational pricing
Course descriptions and prices on this site are informational. They are not an offer to sell at checkout. A contract for a seat exists only when Proxy Routecore issues a written confirmation or invoice and you pay according to that document. We may refuse or postpone a cohort if mentor hours are full.
This website does not process payments. Do not enter card details anywhere on proxy-routecore.digital.
Student responsibilities
You will provide accurate contact details, keep login credentials for any shared classroom tools confidential, and submit homework that is your own studio’s data or synthetic data you are allowed to share. You must not upload player personal data that your studio is not permitted to export.
Remote sessions may be recorded for students in that cohort only. You may not republish recordings or templates as a competing public course.
Intellectual property
Proxy Routecore owns the site design, original teaching notes, template structure, and the Proxy Routecore name. Your studio retains ownership of its game, event dictionaries, and internal data. When you submit homework, you grant us a limited licence to review it for teaching and, if you agree in writing, to publish a anonymised case note.
Replay Desk materials are licensed to the paying seat for internal use. They are not for resale, public GitHub mirrors, or inclusion in another vendor’s paid curriculum.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt to probe non-public endpoints, or submit automated spam through the contact form. We may block access that threatens the site or other users.
Liability
Programs teach methods for Gaming App Analytics. They do not guarantee retention lifts, revenue, publisher approval, or employment. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Proxy Routecore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the site or from applying course methods to your title.
Our aggregate liability arising from a paid seat is limited to the fees you actually paid for that seat in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable).
The site is provided “as available.” Temporary downtime, third-party font or image failures, and mock form endpoints used for demonstration do not constitute a breach.
Third-party services
Classroom tools, video calls, and image hosts are provided by third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from enrolment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
