Data controller

If a studio enrols several seats, the studio may also act as an independent controller for employee data it sends us. We process that data only to deliver the program.

What we collect

• Contact form and email: name, email, optional topic, message content.
• Enrolment and invoicing: billing name, studio name, address, payment references (processed off-site), seat type.
• Classroom work: homework files, critique notes, optional call recordings for that cohort.
• Site technical data: essential cookies as described on Cookies; optional analytics only if you accept.

We do not ask for player-level personal data from your live title. If you accidentally include it in homework, tell us so we can delete that file.

Why we process it

To answer enquiries, deliver and improve programs, invoice, meet accounting and tax duties in Thailand, keep the site secure, and — only with consent — understand which notes are read. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interests in running a small school, legal obligation, and consent for non-essential cookies.

Retention

• Unconverted contact messages: 18 months, then deleted or anonymised.
• Invoices and tax records: at least five years, or longer if Thai accounting rules require.
• Homework and critique: duration of the seat plus 30-day aftercare, then 12 months unless you ask us to delete sooner (invoices remain).
• Call recordings: 90 days after the cohort ends, unless a student requests an earlier wipe.
• Cookie consent choice: stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key until you clear storage.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data law and any other law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of data you provided. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw cookie consent without losing access to the site.

Send requests to info@proxy-routecore.digital. We may need to verify identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (Thailand) or another competent authority where you live.

International transfers

Our desk is in Thailand. Email, fonts, image hosts, and classroom video may be processed on servers outside Thailand (for example, regional clouds used by those vendors). Where we transfer personal data abroad, we use vendor contracts and, where required, appropriate safeguards. We will not sell your contact list.

Children

Programs are aimed at working studio staff. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top is the source of truth.
