Cohort Telemetry Studio

A residency for people who already ship builds and are tired of explaining a blended chart that no designer can act on. Informational fee: ฿48,500. No checkout here.

What you leave able to do

  • Rewrite a messy event dictionary so a designer can use it on Friday.
  • Report D7 (and later days) without treating D1 as a trophy.
  • Cut cohorts by install week and store before telling a SEA story.
  • Present a Thailand-aware readout that admits sample limits.
  • Name one metric the studio will stop sending upstream.

Instructor

Niran Kittisak

Former live-ops lead at a Bangkok mid-core studio. Niran still reviews alumni dictionaries once a quarter and refuses dashboards that cannot be explained in one sentence.

Modules

  1. 01

    Session Ledger

Inventory every event that fired last week. Kill duplicates. Name tutorial steps like tickets, not poetry.

  2. 02

    Install week before averages

Build retention tables that refuse a single blended curve. Practice saying “not enough sample” out loud.

  3. 03

    Store splits for Thailand

ICT timing, payment mix, and review latency. Pair with the Telemetry Desk checklist.

  4. 04

    D7 without vanity D1

The week alumni mention most. Rebuild the story after a tutorial rewrite.

  5. 05

    Offer conversion without ARPU theatre

One offer, one event name, one refund caveat. Funnel reading borrowed from the six-week track.

  6. 06

    Publisher-style Q&A

Capstone: a Thailand-aware note, a limitation slide, and a metric you agree to ignore.

Who it is not for

If you have never opened a game analytics tool, start with Replay Desk recordings or the three-day clinic. The Studio assumes you can export a CSV and survive a basic SQL select. We will not pretend otherwise in marketing copy.

FAQ

How much time per week?

Plan on six to eight hours: one ticket, one critique slot, and reading. Mentors will not chase you. Quiet drop-offs happen; we would rather you pause than fake attendance.

Is there a real limitation I should know?

Yes. We do not provision analytics warehouses or pay for your UA. If your studio blocks outbound CSV exports, several homeworks become theatre. Tell us that in the placement note; sometimes Replay Desk is the honest recommendation.

Can a whole live-ops pod join?

Three or more seats from one studio can invoice together. Critique quality drops if ten people share one mentor hour — we cap pods at four voices on the call.

Remote or Don Muang?

Both. Office hours Thu–Sat at Street: 75/21 Chaeng Watthana Rd.; City: Don Muang; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10210; Country: Thailand, or on a call. Phone for the desk: 66 0-2984-8226.

“Session Ledger week was tedious and exactly what our event names needed. I would not call the SQL primers generous — budget an extra evening if joins still scare you.”

★★★★★

Capstone Q&A felt like our actual publisher. Uncomfortable in a useful way.

Anonymous · client in mid-core live-ops

Took the Studio after the KPI Clinic. The ignore-list habit stuck. D7 rebuild still lives in our wiki.
